This guy is someone you should never rent to. 3 straight days of texts complaining about something. Cost for 3 guys to stay at a penthouse rooftop with a million dollar view. Where we don’t bust b on guests or partying. Last straw was a 11pm text day 3. I thought I was going to make it without any texts from him. He couldn’t figure out that left us hot and right is cold. When I mentioned the hour or this he told me I need to be attentive to him whenever he needs. Looking for a higher nicer class of renters.

Anything he asked about I personally took the time to respond to. It’s New Years. So a lot of us working have off to be with family. But I still found time to write him. I find myself very truthful. The apartment is a self catering apartment. Which means if toilet paper or the sped towel runs out you go to supermarket and pick up more. Some people don’t like to hear anything but a yes we be right over. I sent the guy over to look at the grill but the girl who answered the door told us that won’t be needed. Anyway this apartment for 3 couples to stay at offers a private roof plus bar plus unreal view. A home run. At its price.

We would like to respond with if there was anything not working like a light bulb all you would have to do is text us and someone would be there in 15 minutes. There’s 63 lights in that apartment. We don’t really turn them all on at check out to see. So unless it’s obvious. We really on our renters to let us know. On the positive side for about $65 a night per bedroom. It’s a 3 bedroom penthouse where you have the entire roof and a view that’s pretty awesome. A outside bar. The ability to entertain. We don’t bust chops about guests. We ask that are renters understand your in colombia. Not Los Angeles. To say it’s “poorly built” is funny. To be passive aggressive and not tell us there’s something you need to be loooked at by us doesn’t work well. Look for adults who want to stay here we would love to have you. All we ask is you understand where you are and if you need something ask me. I won’t say no light bulbs for you. As far as other guests partying. This is in the Zona rosa party zone 3 blocks away. If you need a doorman to sush guests you should absolutely book a doorman building and not here. Because it could be a crap shoot of who the other guests are. Also you stayed during New Years. When everyone is partying pretty heavy. I guess the noise from the penthouse was the only noise allowed ? Thanks Jonathan. Do us a favor book a hotel in the future preferably in Las Vegas.

Like to respond by saying up until now we have gotten nothing but fantastic reviews. The apartments are all seperate and we do not do back ground checks on our clients who stay here to see what they intentions are of going out or staying in for there entire trip. It should be noted the apartments are very close to lleras and being this close can sometimes get party crowds. If the client in this case dana asked me if we had anything more on the quiet side I could have guided her better to my 2 places that are 3 dollar cab rides away from lleras yet are totally peaceful. I'm sorry she couldn't sleep I think she was here for work. Even in buildings not owned by one person there can always be a noisy neighbor. The Penthouse is wonderful, based on a week three couples staying here works out to around 52 dollars a night a couple. With AC in every bedroom, flat screens all bedroom, wifi, washer dryer, AC in kitchen, roof deck, bar and bathroom sink and fridge up there as well. Views of poblado from your private roof deck. 4 Person Hot TUB!!!! Place is a steal. Once in awhile going to get some crazy party people. Last 5 rentals were all families. Not only that something goes wrong we are on it. I mean right away on it. Just need to ask and talk to us. Shame on Dana for sabotaging us. Never once did she contact me during her stay. Shame on Vrbo let anyone write what ever they want and I have no control over what they say even though this is a PAID advertisement by me. VRBO wake up.
