The Residenz Hohe-Lith Vacation Rental 107 (HLI107) offers a sophisticated yet comfortable living environment on 75 m² on the North Sea coast of Cuxhaven. This modern vacation apartment is located on the mezzanine level of Building 1 in the Residenz and stands out for its high-quality amenities, which appeal to families, couples, and small groups alike. In total, up to six people can be comfortably accommodated in two bedrooms and additional sleeping arrangements.

A covered balcony extends the living space outdoors. It is equipped with privacy screens and invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air—regardless of the weather. The open kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with all essential appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. This ensures everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. A cozy vinyl floor runs through the living room and bedrooms, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

In the spacious living area, guests will find not only relaxation but also a variety of entertainment options: A modern flat-screen TV (35–44 inches), a DVD player, a CD player, and a radio are available. Books and board games also provide variety. The vacation rental is strictly non-smoking and offers modern amenities, including a safe, Wi-Fi, and internet access.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. For longer stays, a shared washer and dryer are available, and a clothes rack, iron, and ironing board are also provided. The private parking lot right next to the building ensures a convenient arrival. An elevator further facilitates access to the apartment.

A highlight of the Hohe-Lith Residence is its extensive wellness and recreation area: A sauna, an infrared cabin, a steam room, and a heated indoor pool are available for shared use. Especially in cooler weather, these amenities offer comfortable relaxation and a sense of well-being.

Child-friendly amenities such as a slide, swing, sandbox, and playground offer families with children the perfect conditions for an enjoyable stay. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling and perfect for day trips. Pets are allowed by arrangement (max. 2 pets). Contactless check-in and check-out ensure maximum flexibility.

Ideal location: A fine-sand beach on the North Sea is located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation (approx. 400 m). The nearest restaurant is about 500 m away, and shopping options are about 900 m away. A doctor’s office is also within a short distance.

Residenz Hohe Lith consists of 4 buildings and is located just about 50 meters behind the dike in Duhnen. So you can reach the beach in no time—and if the North Sea breeze gets too strong, you’ll be back in your exclusive vacation apartment in a flash. You can also explore the lively center of Duhnen, with all its restaurants and shopping options, on foot from here.

The height of the underground garage entrance is 2 meters. The sizes of the parking spaces comply with the minimum legal requirements under the building code. In some cases, the parking spaces may unfortunately be less suitable or unsuitable for very large or very wide vehicles. Each vacation rental comes with a permanently assigned parking space—alternative parking spaces are unfortunately not available.

The property’s Wi-Fi currently provides the 102 vacation rentals with 350 GB of capacity. Depending on the current level of guest usage, there may be significant temporary restrictions on Wi-Fi availability. An uninterrupted “workation” cannot be guaranteed at this facility.

The complex features an indoor pool (depth 1.30 m) and a Finnish sauna, which guests of the Residenz Hohe Lith may use year-round, subject to availability. Annual maintenance typically takes place during the winter season—the exact dates are determined annually by the owners’ association or property management and will be posted on this page as soon as we know them. Important to know: The unavailability of the recreational areas (swimming pool/sauna) due to maintenance, unforeseen outages, or government-mandated closures (e.g., COVID-19/energy crisis) does not entitle guests to a full or partial refund of rent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the recreational area in Building 4 will be undergoing modernization from November 2025 until approximately mid-June 2026. During this period, the swimming pool and sauna will be unavailable, and there may be occasional construction noise. Work will be suspended over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. A 20% discount on the rent for this period is included in the price.
