Shores of Panama #127 - Treat your loved ones to an unforgettable, fun-filled and stress-free vacation by booking this beautiful 1BR/2BA+bunkroom condo updated with new appliances and furnishings. Avoid waiting in long lines for an elevator with this ground floor condo. Offering unmatched convenience with direct access to the pool deck with same level reserved parking space. Updated and refreshed in May 2022 and new appliances in 2024. You'll find this home to be well stocked with many extras including beach necessities and personal items. This is a privately owned and managed condo, so we pay attention to the details and offer an exceptional guest experience.

Upon arrival, you will be required to purchase a Resort Amenities packet for $85 at the concierge desk. This packet will include RFID wristbands and one parking pass. The wristbands are required to access the garage, property and amenities.

This condo is conveniently located on the ground floor and overlooks the most beautiful resort style pool in all of Panama City Beach. The pool, hot tub and beach are just a few steps from your door with a private locking patio gate to the pool and a public gate just around the corner from the front door. Your reserved parking space is also located on the 1st level in the parking garage. The spaces in the parking garage are limited in size and will be a tight squeeze for large SUV's and trucks. Attached cargo carriers on the bumpers are prohibited in the parking garage.

Enjoy the open and spacious feeling you'll get from the 12' ceilings that are only available in the ground floor units. The kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops comes fully equipped with dishes, flatware, glassware, coffee makers, blender, and other kitchen items. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a premium mattress and its own dedicated bath. The bunk room has a privacy door and 2 comfortable twin beds with its own dedicated full bath also with a privacy door. The living area has a queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat with a roll away coffee table and a work desk. There are TV's in the primary bedroom, bunk room and living room. New (2023) Washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. Free internet/WIFI. Enjoy everything The Shores of Panama has to offer:

This was our second year staying at this exact property and we loved it, again Being on the ground floor with a locking gate is perfect for us. Our kids will be 8 soon but their patience is lacking so this quick access to the pool and beach was HUGE! The property owner is great with communication and making sure you get checked in with ease.10/10 recommend.**My husband and I like watching people set their stuff by the pool too early (in spite of multiple signs posted) and doing the walk of shame to the lost and found when their stuff is removed or when they are told to pack their stuff back up.

The owner of the property was fantastic. I was not impressed with the staff. They weren’t helpful. The room itself was nice and I was very pleased it was on the first floor because I talked to several guest who said it was a ridiculous wait time for the elevator. The wrist band that unlock the gates didn’t work so we had to constantly walk to the front, and the parking was very tight. Overall it was a good experience besides the shady staff who were real jerks coming back from the beach and parking was tight.

Best Location and Stay in PCB May 10-17

As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean the place was! The condo is the cleanest and in the best location in PCB. The security and staff were friendly and always willing to help anyone. What makes this place special is the owner and making is super easy from check in and check out! Thanks Again and plan to be back soon!

Fist Vacation of the year

The condo is very nice! It is stocked with anything you can think of. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The owner is very nice and communicates great! The gate opens up into the pool, bar, and hot tub it's only a few steps away. Don't have to fight the elevators. It is a ways from the parking garage so if you have alot of luggage get a cart from the security office. We will stay there again and hated to leave! Best vacation we have had in a long time!

This place was perfect for our family. I loved how easy it was to get out the door and to the beach or pool. If we forgot anything, it was easy decision to go get. Thanks for a great time, already looking in to coming again.

Picked the wrong week

Overall, our stay went well. It was unfortunate that there was a punching fight at the hot tub and that the police needed to come over a drink being near the hot tub. There we multiple shootings in the area while we were there. I don't know that I would come again that time of year.

Awesome!

This place is awesome. The owner is super helpful and responsive, and the amenities were on point for a family of six. It's the first place I've stayed that actually had enough amenities and quality ones, at that, where we weren't having to buy paper plates and utensils to keep our family fed and having fun. Great access to the pool and hot tub...all around best experience we've ever had!

AMAZING TIME

What a wonderful time was had and we could not of been more pleased with this beautiful condo. Communication with Michael was amazing and he made sure we had everything we needed for a seemless check, access to parking and information to enter the condo. The location of the condo was perfect as it was easy access to the pool and to the beach. Our timing was off season, so it was nice and relaxing, but I can see how this location would be very busy and entertaining if rented during peak season. The Condo was super clean, we had all the necessities from the kitchen to the bathrooms as well as the washer and dryer which was wonderful. PERFECT for both Adult getaway and for Family getaway! I highly recommend this Condo for a fabulous relaxing getaway. We are already checking the calendar for a return visit! 10 out of 10 from us... SO THANKFUL we found this wonderful place!

Wonderful!

The property was amazing. We didn’t venture out too far because our kids were spending all their time in the pool or on the beach. I loved the locking gate separating the patio and the pool area. I was a bit worried that my kids would get excited and take off before I could catch them but 😃 nope…locked in. Probably my only complaint was the parking and it wouldn’t have been an issue had we been in a smaller vehicle. Can’t wait to start planning another trip.

Great Experience

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed plus more. The location of the condo is perfect! If you have little ones or want to avoid the elevators, this is the perfect condo for you. Communication with the owner was above our expectations and better than anywherewe have stayed previously. We will be back for sure!

Great Location

Room was clean, we stayed on the ground floor which was perfect since we didnt have to wait on the elevators. Check in process was rather dumb though. They have u park in 15 min parking first before u go to your spot, which is super tight. Their were people trying to pull in while u were trying to get out of 15 min parking area. Other than that everything was great.

Our stay

Our stay was wonderful! Small issue when we arrived with parking due to replacing waterlines in the garage. Totally out of the control of the owner but we did not have our reserved spot. The owner went totally out of their way to contact security and make sure that we could get a reserved spot! Everything that you need is within the condo. We loved the direct pool access to avoid elevator times. Would absolutely recommend! Great place and great owner.

Amazing location and owner was awesome with communication.

Right off the pool 1st floor and a short walk to the ocean. Plenty of toys and chairs provided by owner for the kids to play with overall favorite stay we've had in Florida. Plenty to do even if the weather is unfavorable.

Highly Recommend

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything you would need (home away from home). It was great to be on the ground floor and being able to walk out to the pool and the beach with no elevator rides or stairs to deal with. The reserved parking space was convenient to leaving and returning to the resort. The room was not close to the parking space but it was still a short and reasonable walk. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. Michael, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience staying in this unit and at the resort!!

Perfect Location and Exceptional Owner Communication

My family (2 adults and 2 kids) found the condo to be to be perfect for us! While we hit a bit of a snafu when we first arrived (the cleaning people did not clean the condo), the owner was very accessible and he bent over backwards and worked tirelessly to ensure that we were made whole. He was in constant contact with me and did not rest until we were happy. The condo itself, being on the first floor was key! Easy access to the pool and beach and no waiting for elevators. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The master bedroom's mattress was very perfect and slept like a baby! Living room and dining room was exactly what we had hoped..comfortable and we were able to enjoy each other as a family. I would certainly stay here again!

Great fall break stay

Great easy in easy out reserved parking spot. Easy check in. Condo was clean, kids loved bunk beds and being on ground level was great for no elevator wait…which was an issue for those on high floors. Restaurants, ice cream, putt putt all very close by, and the food served right at the pool was actually very good. Michael was very quick to respond to pre trip questions and made process very easy. Great trip.

We chose to purchase at the Shores of Panama for it's absolutely beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. The property offers all the amenities we were looking for and we think you will fall in love with the property as well. The location is close to many great restaurants and entertainment. The world famous Pineapple Willy's is right next door if you feel like grabbing a quick bite. Or, if you like to cook and create your own meals, Walmart is just across the street to help you get everything you need for your vacation.
