In this ground-floor apartment, you will find a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom. The living room is cozily furnished with a sofa for 2-3 people, a coffee table, and a television. Against the wall is a dining table with 4 seats. For the little ones, there is a cozy play corner with some toys.

The kitchen, around the corner from the living room, is equipped with a combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and a toaster. Note: a dishwasher is not available. For a delicious cup of coffee or tea, there is a filter coffee maker and a kettle available.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm) and a bunk bed with two mattresses (90x200 cm). So, you sleep in this accommodation with four people in one room. Furthermore, there are nightstands, bed lighting, and a wardrobe for storing luggage. Under the bed, you will find two drawers with extra storage space.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink with a storage unit and mirror, a shower cabin, a toilet, and a washer/dryer combination, so you can do laundry during your vacation. The house has a terrace of approximately 12 m² located on the northeast. Note: there is no garden furniture available.

For children up to 2 years old, there is a foldable baby bed and a high chair available, as well as the previously mentioned toys in the living room.

One parking space is included with this accommodation. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
