The Villa is beautiful inside and out, located just 300 meters from the sea and the main beaches with services such as bars, tobacconists and restaurants, the spaces are divided into two bedrooms, open-plan dining room with fully equipped kitchen, two fridges and an oven, dining area with sofa bed and TV, large and bright bathroom with shower and bidet.
The villa is private and the outdoor spaces are fully equipped with barbecue, sitting area, sunbathing area and benches with a typical table in rustic Salento style, ideal for enjoying a good aperitif overlooking the sea!
