The property is near the beach, public transport, a tennis court (15 minutes on foot), and Desenzano Port (7 minutes by car, 3.1 km), with lake ferries from Piazza Giacomo Matteotti.
Sleeping arrangements include a double bedroom and a children’s room with three single beds (bunk bed and pull-out bed). Free street parking is available. The private garage fits one regular car next to a van (not two large cars side by side) and can also be used for motorcycles and bicycles.
