Please note: Access requires a 140-meter footpath from the parking area to the house, which is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The path includes some slopes and steps.



There is no private parking; vehicles must be parked on nearby streets without blocking others. Parking may be a bit farther away, but it’s a small price to pay for wonderful views in a natural, intimate setting.



As the house is located in the north of the island and is a traditional Canarian home, it can be cool inside, especially in autumn and winter due to its orientation.



There is a power transmission tower in front of the property. Discover one of the most beautiful areas of the Hermigua Valley, next to the Pedro and Petra rocks.
