Townhouse in the middle of Eckernförde's old town

Welcome to our renovated, high-quality townhouse located right in the historic district of Eckernförde.

Located in Eckernförde’s historic district, not far from Eckernförde Beach and numerous attractions, this townhouse is managed by Ferienwelt Eckernförde. In this cozy 83-square-meter house with a romantic courtyard, you can relax and unwind after a long day. The house accommodates 4 people (children 12 and older). It’s located right in the heart of the old town, just a 2-minute walk from Eckernförde’s sandy beach—and the harbor is right around the corner!

On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept living/dining area with a guest bathroom and a sunroom. The newly furnished kitchen offers everything you need for a carefree stay. All appliances are provided, so you can cook however you like in your temporary home.

Upstairs, you’ll find the bedroom along with a shower room. Large living room with kitchen.

On the top floor, in the studio (we also like to call it “Tönnchen”), there’s a sleeper sofa. Through the large glass front, you have a direct view of Eckernförde’s old town. Thanks to the beautiful outdoor furniture, you can really make yourselves comfortable there.

If you’re arriving by car, please feel free to contact us! We can provide parking spaces for you. Bicycles and rental cars (Flow Carsharing) are available nearby.

Due to structural limitations, children must be at least 12 years old to stay with us!

The rental is governed by Section 549 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Furnished short-term rental with the following characteristics:
1. The apartment is not intended to meet the tenant’s general housing needs; thus, the tenant’s center of life is not located in the apartment (Hanover Regional Court, MDR 71, 762).
2. The lease agreement specifies that the stay is only of a temporary nature, and a duration exceeding 6 months is not permitted.
3. The purpose for which the tenant is renting the living space on a short-term basis must be included in the lease agreement (e.g., installation work, internship, continuing education, business stay).
