La propreté est à revoir (sous les lits, vaisselle, éléments extérieurs).Il serait aussi judicieux de changer les chaises extérieures rouillées.De plus il n'y a pas deux lits doubles et 2 lits simples mais un lit double et 4 lits simples.Vitre de véranda fissurée, cela ne donne pas confiance.La localisation est parfaite, le bien aussi mais c'est vraiment l'entretien et la société qui gère cela qui pose problème.
