Lanka Beach Villa is equipped with four bedrooms spread over two floors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and access to a balcony or our large terrace.

All rooms are equipped with handcrafted teak furniture and safes, and feature high-quality parquet floors and carpets, as well as mosquito nets, air conditioning and a fan.

The heart of our house is a very typical Sri Lankan feature: a beautiful courtyard with a fountain, tropical plants and a bench.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and is adjacent to the open kitchen. There is free and fast WiFi internet throughout the house.

The fully equipped kitchen, which is directly adjacent to the living room, includes a sink, refrigerator, blender, gas stove, toaster and kettle. Free drinking water is available.

On the large terrace there is a large sofa and a teak dining group. Enjoy the fantastic views of the large pool area, the garden and the nearby sea. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind - either on our pool terrace or in the shady palm grove.

Breakfast is not included in the house price, but can be booked for € 6 per person per day. We are happy to serve you all food and drinks in our restaurant in the bungalow complex right next door.

A washing machine is available in the basement. Parking spaces available at the house.

The house price includes all laundry, internet, water and regular cleaning. Electricity is billed separately (according to the meter).
