Welcome to your holiday home, "Hygge Hus," in Olpenitz.
This detached, 98 m² house features an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It boasts a charming location surrounded by greenery and is just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea.
On the ground floor, you'll find two of the three bedrooms, as well as the spacious, loft-style living and dining area. High ceilings and large panoramic windows ensure plenty of natural light and a wonderfully airy feel. After long walks on the beach, you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace, read a good book, or watch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The sofa converts into a bed (155 x 200 cm) and can comfortably sleep two children.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen has everything you need for a fun-filled evening of cooking with the family. The ground-floor bathroom features a window with privacy screening, a heated towel rail, a bathtub, and, as a special highlight, an infrared sauna. Here you can warm up and relax after long walks on the beach.
One of the two bedrooms on the ground floor is furnished with a wardrobe and a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). The second bedroom also has a wardrobe and two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). A further bedroom is located upstairs and offers a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a smart TV. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and insect screens. Additionally, soundproofing ensures a particularly restful sleep.
Upstairs, there is also a second bathroom with a window and privacy screen, a shower, and a hairdryer.
On sunny days, you can relax on the furnished, southwest-facing terrace, enjoy your vacation, and end the day with your family on balmy summer evenings. A cozy barbecue is also a great option.
A high chair and a cot are available for our younger guests.
Two parking spaces are available for your cars directly in front of the house.
The house is equipped for 6 adults and 2 children.
