Holiday Home 'Ferienhaus Zaunkönig' with Mountain View and Private Terrace

The holiday home Zaunkönig is located above Mittenwald and offers a wonderful view of the impressive Karwendel mountains. A steep stone staircase leads down from the street to the house. The location is quiet, yet you can reach the idyllic town center in just a few minutes.



Inside the house, you will find two cozy bedrooms that accommodate four people. Two additional sleeping places are available on a double sofa bed in the living room, where a wood-burning stove invites you to spend pleasant evenings.



The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an induction hob, and an oven with microwave function. Basic spices and all important kitchen utensils are also provided, so you are well prepared for self-catering.



The bathroom is small but practical and equipped with a shower; there is also a separate toilet.



A highlight is the spacious terrace, furnished with two sun loungers and garden furniture, inviting you to enjoy sunny hours outdoors.



Bed linen – that is, covers and sheets – as well as towels must be brought by you.



Please note that with an occupancy of six people, the house can become quite cramped.



The neighboring house is currently being renovated, so there may be occasional noise or disturbances. If you feel disturbed, please contact us at any time.



In the surrounding area, you will find numerous leisure opportunities: hiking trails, climbing routes in the Karwendel, cross-country ski trails, an ice skating rink, a toboggan run, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and various ski resorts.
