Near the house there are all essential services, commercial and restaurant activities.
The house surrounded by greenery and very quiet, beautiful for families, has a garden with private barbecue where children can be in peace and harmony.
Equipped with air conditioning in the living area, it consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, large living-dining room with sofa bed + bed furniture, open kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, laundry, veranda, large garden and parking space. There are TV , washing machine, oven, refrigerator.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, served by shuttle bus to the village and to the sea.
