Dear guests, a warm welcome to our cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment for 2 people in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde.

Seegrund:
This approximately 21-square-meter, one-room Seegrund vacation apartment offers plenty of space for up to 2 people. The apartment is located on the first floor and features a small terrace. You’ll feel right at home here as a vacation guest.
You’ll find all the amenities you need, such as a TV and free Wi-Fi. Living/bedroom with a double bed; open-concept kitchen with a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle; and a front terrace. The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and hair dryer.
The vacation apartment has laminate flooring and is reserved for non-smokers.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).

Pet owners and their dogs are welcome here. If you book with a dog, an additional final cleaning fee will be charged.

You’re also welcome to book one of the other vacation apartments in the same building—ideal for couples or families traveling together.

Right next door, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast at Weber’s Kaffeehaus.

A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us, starting at 6 €/night.

People with severe disabilities 50% or more: €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons 80% or higher; accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered caregiver
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers passing through, locals

Additional services that can be booked directly with the landlord upon request for a separate fee:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
- Dog/cleaning: 30.00 € one-time fee
