Convenient location. Comfortable beds. No air conditioning but not too warm as bedrooms are downstairs. We used the bikes and the hot tub which was fun. A little dated decor.

The host was exceptional - we had a questions and an issue with the hot tub that arose during our stay, and he not only replied quickly, but also addressed all questions and concerns promptly, even when it required sending housekeeping over to delivery towels and sending a maintenance worker over on a Sunday to ensure the hot tub was able to be used for the remainder of our stay. The location was great - central to the village and an easy ride to SHARC. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the appliances all worked great. The bikes were in good working condition and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub and games. We had a nice time and would recommend this property and host!

Great stay. It was clean and waking distance to most anything. Sharc passes were great. Only issue was the stove wasn’t usable during our stay, it was being repaired after we left. Great communication with the owner. Would rent again.

Went for a little outta town get away. The house was perfect. Lots and lots of stair walking, but we knew that coming into it. Kitchen was completely stocked. The house had everything we needed. We loved the quiet neighborhood, easy to walk to the villiage for some food. The hot tub was great each evening and morning! Definitely recommend!

Paul’s property is amazing! Home away from home! He is very receptive and easy to communicate with! By far - the greatest host we have come across! And the house is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family! The kids absolutely loved the comfy bunk beds and the PlayStation setup! The rest of the house is really cozy and spacious and the kitchen is greatly equipped with everything you could need. We can’t wait to go back again! Thank you for everything Paul!

オーナーのプロフィール画像

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this home because it works well for our family and friends and felt it would serve other families as well. With the bunk room that comfortably sleeps four, there is also space that allows the kids to have their own space to play video games, watch movies or just hang out.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The way that this home flows, it lives larger than it is. The three bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry room are downstairs. The living room, dining room and kitchen are upstairs where the windows provide an elevated view through the ponderosa pines that surround the home. Because the bathrooms are downstairs and away from the common living space, this home best serves guests who have no issue with stairs.
