In a few minutes walk, you will be in the center of Maria Alm. Lovely terraces surround the cozy village square. From the village goes a ski lift (also in summer), which directly connects the entire Hochkönig Ski Area.
Maria Alm is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts due to its small scale and good location. A medium-sized ski area is on your doorstep, with challenges for every type of skier. And not too far away, you can be in Leogang or Zell am See/Kaprun within half an hour.
Many sporting activities make this flat attractive. Hikers and mountain bikers can indulge, and a superb golf course is nearby
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
