From your accommodation, you can easily bike or walk directly into rolling heathlands and expansive forests. This landscape, shaped during the Ice Age, is home to picturesque hills and large stones. The main hills are Hellendoornseberg, Haarlerberg, Holterberg, and Koningsbelt. The area's diverse nature is home to rare species, including the nearly extinct grouse, which you may spot while hiking or cycling. Groups: If the reservation involves a group of individuals, the person making the booking must clearly state this at the time of reservation. The person who books is fully responsible for ensuring all obligations are met, not only for themselves but also for everyone in their group. Group accommodations are available in limited quantities at Buitenplaats Holten. A deposit will be required for the group upon arrival at the reception for the rented accommodation (amount to be agreed upon).

Young People: Young people traveling alone are not permitted to stay in the rental accommodations or within the park.Business bookings: Business-related bookings are not allowed. Reservations are only accepted for recreational purposes.Visitors: If you are expecting visitors, please notify the reception and pay the visitor’s fee. You are responsible for your visitors’ behavior. All visitors must leave the premises by 10:30 PM at the latest, and their vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area.Complaints: If you have a complaint, please report it immediately to the reception for resolution. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may submit a written complaint to the management, who will investigate it thoroughly within 14 days after your departure.Liability: Buitenplaats Holten is not responsible for:Any damage or injury occurring during your stay at the park.Damages resulting from the use of the facilities.Claims related to noise disturbances caused by third parties.Any verbal or telephone information provided.Breakdowns or unavailability of park facilities.General reservations: Prices include VAT. The Recron Terms and Conditions apply.Reservation: Reservations can be made directly via the website or by phone. You will receive your reservation confirmation/invoice within one week of booking. This confirmation serves as proof of your booking. Rates are based on available facilities and whether or not they are used during your stay.Preferred: If you have preferences regarding location, such as several bungalows next to each other or a specific number, we will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability. The fee for preferred accommodations is €12.50 per booking.Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least one month before your stay.Cancellation: Cancellation insurance can protect you from cancellation costs. If you do not have insurance and decide to cancel, the cancellation policy as stated in Article 6 of the Recron Terms and Conditions applies. Cancellation insurance can be purchased up to two weeks after the reservation.Arrival and departure: You can check into your accommodation from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Upon arrival, you will receive the key and other relevant information at reception. On departure day, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM.Final cleaning: We will clean your accommodation after your departure. You are required to leave the accommodation in broom-clean condition, wash dishes, clean the fridge, fold the duvets, and place the used sheets in a pillowcase. Trash should be placed in the designated container.Occupancy: Accommodations may only be used by the number of people they are designed for. A full inventory is available in each accommodation.Bed linen and children's furniture: Bed linen is provided upon arrival at your bungalow, cottage, or caravan. If you wish to change your bed linens during your stay, you can rent additional linen packages for €7.50 at the reception. Children’s furniture (camp bed and high chair) is available for €5 per stay (please request when booking). You must bring your own duvet and bed linen for the camp bed.Cars: A maximum of one passenger car may be parked at each rental accommodation or campsite. Additional cars must be parked in the designated parking area.Pets: Pets are not allowed.Please note: Young groups and parties are not allowed.
