Village house with a great roof terrace

A small house in the heart of the pretty village of Beaumes-de-Venise with a wonderful view from the roof terrace. Approximately 30 km east of Avignon, the location is ideal for hiking, cycling and climbing. TV and fast WiFi are available, as well as air conditioning in the large bedroom. In the upper bedroom, with a small workspace, there is access to the terrace. In the village there are bakers, butchers, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, wineries and a good bus connection to Carpentras.

On the ground floor there is the living room with TV and open kitchen. A washing machine is available.
On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed, air conditioning and an adjoining bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there is the small bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a small workstation and access to the roof terrace.

The accommodation has its own entrance and self-check-in is possible using the key box.

Unfortunately there is no parking space directly at the house. However, there are free public parking spaces approx. 100 m away.
The outdoor swimming pool in the village is open in summer.
