It offers a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery, a modern outdoor jacuzzi for a complete relaxation experience, a sauna for body and mind relaxation, and a fitness area for guests who enjoy an active holiday. Guests also have access to a barbecue area and a comfortable outdoor seating zone, ideal for socializing and evening relaxation.The villa is also equipped with a modern kitchen with the latest appliances, a dining area, and a spacious living room.Nearby is the town of Labin, which offers guests various opportunities for excursions and activities. The old town of Labin is known for its rich history, narrow stone streets, and cultural landmarks. Guests can visit museums, art galleries, and numerous local artists’ studios, as well as enjoy traditional Istrian restaurants, cafés, and wine bars.
