Private parking is included. For stays longer than 9 nights, cleaning with linen and towel change is provided. A cot and high chair can be provided on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area; parties or any activity that may disturb neighbors are not allowed. Excessive occupancy is prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside, but permitted on the terrace. Pets are allowed for an extra fee per night, up to 3 kg. Pool heating is available for an extra fee per night.
