This is a very cute home in an authentic neighborhood -the home has some very nice touches. Bedrooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen workable for meals. It is reasonably convenient location. There is a nice outdoor patio to sit in the evening.Couple of things kept us from rating it excellent-while there is a washer on property, there’s no dryer which makes doing laundry difficult and while we were provided transit passes for the area, the bus routes are not convenient.One final point-the stairs to the bedrooms are steep and winding, so anyone who had any mobility issues, wouldn’t be able to get to the bedrooms. These stairs are very typical of a historic home, but note the challenge if you have difficulty with stairs,
