From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the view of the breathtaking mountains of the Allgäu Alps and Neuschwanstein Castle. From the west-facing balcony, you can take in the stunning natural scenery of the Rieden Forest, where you might spot deer. Private parking is available right outside the door. Neuschwanstein Castle and the town of Füssen are just 5 km away. In just a few minutes, you can reach Lake Faulen and Lake Forggen, as well as 11 other Alpine lakes in the area. There are bakeries and butchers in town. The perfect setting for a relaxing, active, and enjoyable vacation with plenty of opportunities for day trips.

The vacation rental features 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed; 2 separate bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet; 1 large living room with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with a modern, fully equipped built-in kitchen. A dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop with range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and much more are provided. The vacation apartment also has 2 balconies. From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the view of the fascinating mountain scenery of the Allgäu Alps and Neuschwanstein Castle. From the west-facing balcony, you can enjoy views of the stunning natural scenery of the Riedener Forest, where you may spot deer.



On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash or via bank transfer in advance. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Please contact us in advance to arrange the key handover. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of €1.20 per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged on-site. For children between the ages of 6 and 16, the fee is €0.60 per person per night. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
