So close to the Baltic Sea... The vacation rental is located right on Scharbeutz’s Strandallee; just cross the street once and you’re at the beach. The town center, with its many restaurants, shops, and cafés, is about a 15-minute walk away. For a quick bite, there’s a beach bistro right across the street.
Living
Every square centimeter of this one-room apartment is put to optimal use. The living area, with its large window facing the Baltic Sea, is cleverly laid out. The comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m wide) ensures a restful night’s sleep after a long day at the beach. The high-quality sleeper sofa features a pull-out function and offers a cozy place to sleep for one adult. The dining area with bar stools is cleverly integrated into the space, and the kitchen is fully equipped so you won’t have to go without anything. There’s plenty of storage space for your luggage in the built-in closets and on the coat rack. The en suite bathroom features a large rain dance shower, a toilet, and a heated towel rack. From the terrace, you can watch the hustle and bustle on the promenade and enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea.
Design & Style
The minimalist interior design features just a few carefully selected elements that are so perfectly coordinated in color and form that they stand on their own yet come together to create a cohesive, harmonious whole. The combination of natural materials with matte black and shades of gray creates an elegant and timeless atmosphere.

The mandatory visitor’s tax (for guests 18 years of age and older) is not included in the nightly rate and will be charged separately. Please feel free to contact us in advance to inquire about prices. The price range is between €1.90 and €3.50 per night per person.
