De Schelp 12 is a fresh and modernly furnished 2-bedroom bungalow on the popular, small-scale bungalow park De Schelp in Sint Maartenszee. The holiday bungalow has 2 private parking spaces directly at the holiday home. From the side of the house you overlook a playground where the children can play.

Cosy living room with new, modern kitchen
The cosy and modern living room has a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a wicker armchair. There is also a wood-burning stove at your disposal (bring your own wood). There is a cosy garden-oriented dining area with four chairs. The living room is fully equipped with cable TV (Ziggo) with Dutch and some German channels. The new (installed in June 2024), modern corner kitchen has, among other things, a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven and a 4-burner gas cooker with extractor.

Two bedrooms
Originally, there were 3 somewhat smaller bedrooms in the bungalow. The owners have sacrificed a bedroom, creating 2 larger bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a double box-spring bed (160 x 200) and one bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 200). All beds have duvets and pillows.

Sanitary
The small but modern bathroom has a shower room with washbasin. There is a separate toilet.

Garden
The enclosed garden has garden furniture and 2 deck chairs. There is an outdoor shower, ideal after a visit to the beach. There is a shed where you can store your bicycles.
