この広々とした風通しの良いヴィラは、田舎の静かな部分であるサンアグスティンの谷の上の丘の中腹にあります。CanXanchuは、お店、銀行、バー、 ...最高のビーチ、イビサの町、プラヤデンボッサ、サンアントニオはすべて車で数分以内の場所にあります。

ヴィラには4つのツインまたはダブルルーム、2つのフルバスルーム（1つはジャグジー付き）、1つはスイートシャワールーム、暖炉のある大きなラウンジ/ダイニングルーム、食器洗い機、電気ケトル、トースター、大型冷蔵庫を備えた設備の整ったキッチン、セミプロフェッショナルガスコンロ（5リング）大型電気オーブン、コーヒーメーカー、電子レンジ、洗濯機。 オプションのエアコン、照明付きの大きな9 x 10のスイミングプール、チルアウト、バーベキュー。

メイドが3回来ます。 シーツの交換は毎週、タオルは週に2回、ガーデニングとプールのメンテナンス（すべて料金に含まれています）。 ビーチタオルは提供されていません。
6月から9月末までは、土曜日に開始および終了する予約のみ受け付けています。

Wanna go back immediately!

Nothing to complain about. A very beautiful villa with sea view! Beauty of a pool, nice kitchen, nice breeze at the evening because of the hill. 10/10 recommend. And on top a cool and relaxed owner! Thanks Paul, it was a pleasure and hopefully we‘ll see again! :)

Amazing Stay !

The house was as described and even better! perfectly located on the hill but at the same time very accessible. all equiped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, AC in all rooms and all needed amenities; we totally recommend !!

Amazing villa in perfect location

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Can Xanchu. The location is perfect and the villa was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a home from home feel. We will be returning.

Beautiful Tranditional Finca and Hideaway

Beautiful finca with lovely interior in nice surrounding close to Stant Joseph. The Owner is Paul is very helpful, everything was clean and the pool was amazing. Perfect place to stay with familiy, kids and friends. Even our Dog was welcome. Perfect trip in a perfect location!!! Never find a better place to be.

Great house and great host

Villa Can Xanchu is a great place to spend time with your friends and family. The house is very well thought so that every one can have privacy but also gather to spend time together. John was a very considerate host. He was very flexible for check-in and check-out. We definitely recommand this house for your holidays in Ibiza !

Great modern and spacious villa in an excellent location

Seamless and easy communication and check-in. The villa has everything you need (the only thing it that it's a bit noisy), and especially the outside area is very nicely decorated. The location is great (and safe and well-accesible) with many things within 15-minute driving distance, and Sant Josep town is small but cute with some nice little restaurants and a small supermarket. The owner Paul is a friendly guy, we could even check-out a few hours later. We would definately rent this villa again.

Beautiful home from home.. but better!

This villa feels loved - the minute you walk in it has a warm and relaxing feel to it. Perfectly located with a stunning view out to sea through the hills. We loved the village for a stroll, cocktail or tapas. The people were warm and fun. Paul is a great host, helped us out when we forgot our adaptors and was happy to provide numbers for taxis, boat hire etc. The pool is huge, cool and well kept. The cleaners were super efficient, friendly and quick. All fabulous. 10/10 happy and would love to book again!

Relaxing

We found everything we needed in the property. It was a peaceful location, a short 5 minute walk into the little town, fine for us but an uphill climb to return which wasnt suitable for elderly parents so we took them down in the car. I'd advise mosquito repellant, they were an issue. Pre book restaurants as they do get busy.

Superb place - getting even better!

After a great stay last year we decided to return to Can Xanchu. Paul the owner has further improved the house (which is really difficult) and we again had a wonderful time. He has even put aside our daughters pool toys from our last visit! Given the house's location on the island a car is highly recommended it just allows you to take full advantage of all the great beaches, restaurants and nature in the area. For shopping I can really recommend the butcher and fishmonger in the village and one has to eat tapas in Il Destino as well. Thanks again to Paul for a great 2 weeks and see you next year.

in one word;FANTASTIC

We stayed for two weeks in this beautiful, fantastic,peaceful villa. The freshness of the open air reflects in the materials and colors used in and around the villa.We immediately felt at home. Gloria cleaned the house 3 times a week! That too supports the feeling of vacation.The village is only a 5 minutes walk away.Try eating at el Destino (tapas) or el Sol de Sienna ( best Solomillo) or to listen and see live music at night, go to Raco Verd. Don't forget to buy some 'chuletas de cordero' (bbq) Paul, the owner, is very kind and helpfull and always willing to have a chat with us. Thank you Paul for making us feel at home in Ibiza, you did a wonderful job . We hope to come back next year! Warm greetings , Johan, Riette, Max ,Nikki

A dream come true

Can Xanchu is simply fantastic. We went there as a group of 3 couples and 2 kids which the house is more than fine for. The house is well equipped in mint condition an offers everything you could wish for (great kitchen, outside bbq, garden, covered chill out areas, large eating tables etc). On top a cleaning lady comes by three times a week. The location on the island is perfect. Situated on a hill, there is always a breeze and you have a nice sea view. It takes you only 10min by car to some of the best beaches of the island and 20ish min to Ibiza and San An. San Josep is a charming little village in walking distance with good shopping opportunities. The owner Paul who lives next door has been a great host to us helping out with good advice on whatever you want to know about the island. We can only highly recommend this great house. Gorgeous villa with beautiful views

This villa is located on the outskirts of the town so you get the benefit of being able to easily walk into lovely Sant Josep whilst being in a quiet and serene location. The views from the villa are lovely, overlooking pine woodland out to the sea and the stars at night time are incredibly bright and clear. The villa is decorated in a traditional style, is homely and has all of the facilities you would expect. Everything was very clean and tidy and Paul met us on arrival and gave us a thorough introduction to the villa. He was also contactable throughout the stay and very helpful when needed. The external environment to the villa is beautiful with lots of different spaces to enjoy. There are places to dine together, different small seating areas and a fantastic outside cushioned area which is really comfortable. The pool is big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. There is a gated driveway and plenty of off road parking. I would fully recommend this villa - it's got everything you need to have a great holiday but also easy to get to from the airport, in close proximity to the local beaches and an easy walk into the town which has a good range of restaurants and shops. We had a great time and would definitely consider returning.

Fantastisch

Fantastisch, 3 heerlijke weken vakantie gehad. Onze honden hebben zich ook prima vermaakt in de omheinde tuin. Paul de eigenaar hele leuke en aardige man en altijd bereikbaar. In 1 woord top vakantie.
