Property needs an upgrade

Great location but the apartment needs to be upgraded. Kitchen was basic with limited ability to cook. Bathroom was tiny and there was not hot water in the shower. My partner decided to not take a shower and I took a cold shower. Bedroom does not have enough space and you can barely walk around the bed. Again, I loved the location but the apartment was not worth the money.

We’re happy to hear that you appreciated the location, but we regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the kitchen and bedroom, we strive to ensure that our listing photos accurately represent the space and amenities available, but we understand that preferences and needs can vary from guest to guest. As for the hot water, each apartment has its own 15L water heater. While this generally meets the needs of our guests, we understand that longer showers may deplete the hot water supply temporarily. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We always aim to provide fair and competitive pricing based on the quality and prime location of our apartments. However, we appreciate your perspective. Your feedback is very important to us, and we truly appreciate you sharing your experience.
