Nestled in a peaceful, green setting between vineyards and wooded hills, our gîte "Le Verger Saint Vincent" awaits you. Located on the upper floor of a historic stone and earth building, the renovation preserves the soul and generous spaces of the house. Skylights fill the main room with natural light, while local, natural materials add a touch of Scandinavian charm. The atmosphere is warm and serene.



This gîte is perfect for family gatherings, groups of friends, sports trips, or workshops of any kind. Please note, as the accommodation is upstairs and accessible only by stairs, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.



The gîte centers around a spacious 90 m² living area with kitchen, dining, lounge, and library corners, and a wood pellet stove. It opens onto a large balcony with stunning views over the Ardière Valley and surrounding mountains.



Please note, the host reserves the right to access the property in case of force majeure (such as power failure, water leak, or technical emergency), and will inform you as soon as possible.



Exceeding the maximum capacity (15 guests) or breaking any house rules (including bringing animals) is a breach of the rental agreement. The host reserves the right to terminate your stay immediately without refund and may take further action if necessary.
