Enjoy the quiet neighborhood and green surroundings. Thanks to the excellent access to public transport (5 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn) and motorways, you can still reach all major destinations in the Rhine-Main region quickly and easily.

High-speed fibre-optic Internet/WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Use the extra workspace for productive hours or relax in the living room on the sofa in front of the large flat screen TV.

In addition to the comfortable bedroom, the apartment offers additional sleeping accommodation in the living room (sofa bed) and on the gallery, which is open to the living area but only has a ceiling height of only about 1.50 m. Something special, especially for children.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and everything you need for a longer stay. The modern bathroom has a rain shower and underfloor heating for added comfort. Even on hot summer days, the rooms stay at a comfortable temperature thanks to heat pump cooling and good insulation.

The flat is ideal for families, couples and business travelers. For adults, we recommend a maximum occupancy of 3 people.

Baby and toddler equipment (travel cot, high chair, step stool) can be provided.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-family house and is not barrier-free. There are children living in the house.

Egelsbach is conveniently located in the heart of the Rhine-Main region. The town of approx. 11,000 inhabitants offers all facilities for daily needs: restaurants, delivery services, bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies/drugstores. In summer, the outdoor pool is a magnet for young and old.

From here you can reach all destinations in the Rhine-Main region, whether the banking metropolis of Frankfurt with its skyscrapers, the science city of Darmstadt with its student flair or the vineyards on the Bergstraße in the Odenwald. Of course, you can also discover the Hessian state capital of Wiesbaden or marvel at Mainz Cathedral.

Day trips to Heidelberg, Rüdesheim am Rhein or Aschaffenburg are also easily possible.
