Country House 'De Urueña Casa De Ilustres' with Terrace, Private Garden and Balcony

Our experience in hospitality and rural tourism allows us to present Villa de Urueña, a house designed for travelers seeking comfort and charm. The property features two floors and five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV, offering privacy whether you stay as a group or individually. The spacious ground floor includes a large living room with TV, DVD, games, a fireplace, and access to a welcoming foyer. The adjacent wooden kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for up to 10 guests, including a washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and tableware.



The house boasts a large private garden with a barbecue, connecting to the street next to the Villa del Libro. On the ground floor, you will also find a double bedroom and a shared restroom. A striking wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where four bedrooms are located, each with its own bathroom, TV, built-in wardrobes, and balcony. The interior features a continuous balcony in the traditional Castilian style. Carefully crafted woodwork, exposed beams, and bold decorative colors create a unique atmosphere.



The living room includes a fireplace, TV, games, and a video game console. The patio offers garden furniture and a porch with a barbecue. Pets are welcome. Everything you need to relax and enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful setting.
