Spacious and high-quality 3.5-room apartment in a quiet location with stunning views in Pontresina.

A separate entrance leads to the apartment’s foyer. It features two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/shower. One bedroom includes a walk-in closet. The beautiful living room offers an open kitchen, dining area, seating, and a fireplace. From the living room, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Engadine mountains. Another highlight is the large terrace. The apartment also has a TV corner and a storage room. A shed next to the house provides space for storing sports equipment. The apartment was built with high-quality materials, blending wood with modern elements.

It comes with a reserved outdoor parking space. A communal laundry room is available for use once a week.
