Completed in spring 2022, an exclusive new building under thatch awaits you, offering approximately 200 m² of total space for up to six people. You reside quietly in a side street of the popular island location. The equipment is equally convincing: brand kitchen, tasteful living and dining area with a gas fireplace. Four bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds and noble carpentry installations. Four bathrooms, one with a large sauna with a glass front. Overgrown garden and two terraces with garden furniture (April – October) for mild summer evenings, as well as two parking spaces right in front of the house.

On the ground floor:
The detached holiday residence under thatch offers with its lush approx. 200 m² of total space for up to six people plenty of room to realize your Sylt vacation dream. Framed by typical Frisian embankments and lush planting, you can enjoy sunny hours and Sylt open-air in the garden on one of your two terraces with comfortable garden furniture and comfortable loungers or enjoy the morning sun with a chat with your loved ones right outside the "Klöntür" (chat door).

From the entrance with a cloakroom, you enter the light-flooded and extremely tastefully and high-quality furnished living and dining area of ​​your residence. The modern, handleless brand kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and an additional wine refrigerator go without saying. You also have the choice between a Nespresso and a filter coffee machine. Spoil yourself and your family or friends at the inviting large dining table with comfortable chairs.

Enjoy your reading in the two armchairs of the reading corner in front of the gas fireplace. Communicate or relax with your guests on the cozy and, above all, spacious corner sofa by the fireplace in front of the flat-screen TV. An excellent living and feel-good feeling is guaranteed here.

On the upper floor:
Relax from the lively day in the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), flat-screen TV, and handcrafted wardrobe installations. The second bedroom offers another box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), also with a flat-screen TV and carpentry installations for your wardrobe. You can look forward to a second en-suite bathroom with a large shower with Raindance shower head, heated towel rail, toilet, and fine washbasin.

In the basement:
In the basement, you will find two tastefully designed rooms with high ceilings, each with high-quality box spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), carpentry installations for your wardrobe, and large flat-screen TVs. One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and double washbasin. Enjoy relaxing hours in your private sauna with a glass front in the bathroom with a large shower with Raindance shower head, heated towel rail, toilet, and washbasin. Washer and dryer are also ready for you. Additional closet space is available in the hallway.

Of course, there are two parking spaces with an electric gate for the driveway in front of your single-family house under thatch. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this residence.
