ToHus, very close to the famous 12th-century St. Severin Church, is ideal for those seeking tranquility and nature lovers. The charming island village of Keitum with its many historic captain's houses is a 15-minute leisurely walk away. In Keitum itself, you will find numerous small shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as the beautiful Sylt local history museum. Also within walking distance is Munkmarsch, where you can indulge in the restaurants of the 5-star superior Fährhaus hotel, for example.

Through the spacious hall, which also houses a guest toilet, you enter the living area of your holiday home, completely equipped with stylish terracotta tiles. The tasteful, cozy furnishings immediately catch the eye—a generous lounge area with sofas and armchairs invites you to relax. On the other side of the room, the round dining seating area with padded benches, semi-circularly arranged around the large table, beckons. Numerous bright muntin windows offer a magnificent view of the large, romantically overgrown garden, a white Mylin stove provides cozy warmth on cold days and is a real eye-catcher. The TV flat screen is discreetly hidden in the elegant cassette cabinet.

Breakfast, coffee & cake, or dinner quickly turn into social events at the large round table. In the adjacent modern, well-equipped kitchen with Miele brand appliances, you will find everything you need to indulge in culinary delights to your heart's content. A large double patio door leads from the living area out into the beautiful large garden, surrounded by dense, neatly trimmed hedges—for the perfect balance between privacy and freedom. Relax in the deck chair, enjoy the evening sun in the beach chair, and breathe in the fresh, iodine-rich North Sea air.

Via a curved spiral staircase, you reach the upper floor, where the largest bedroom of the house with a spectacular view of the Wadden Sea is located. Open the windows after a restful night and look out over the mudflats—this is how you recharge directly. Refresh yourself in the modern, generously sized ensuite bathroom with a rain shower or end the day in the round bathtub with a hot bubble bath.
