From the south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the Alps. From here, you can watch the ferry to Konstanz and the boats heading to Mainau Island. The apartment is brand-new and tastefully furnished with stylish furniture and linens. It features a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. Parking is available at the building, and there’s a garage for bicycles.

Important Note:
One linen package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.
