The studio is a 20-minute walk from the city center and a 15-minute walk from the nearest beach. The interior area is 35 m2 and the balcony is 8 m2. Bed linen and towels are provided by the property. All guests have access to a shared barbecue in the courtyard of the house. A private parking space is located directly in front of the building.
