Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms with double beds (140cm).
Housekeeping rates include: end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, etc.
The house, set in 650m² of enclosed grounds, is ideally situated close to the sea and Guilvinec's small shops and restaurants.
With a surface area of 140m², the house is very well equipped for a wonderful vacation.
Ground floor:
A separate, well-equipped kitchen opening onto the garden. A breakfast table is available in the kitchen.
Entrance hall, light-filled living room, open to dining room.

1st floor:
3 bedrooms, with storage space, 140cm beds in all 3 bedrooms
Bathroom (shower), with 1 WC
You'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay:
All necessary crockery, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric mixer, filter and Senseo coffee makers, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, TV (1 TV in the living room with Free box and 1 TV in 1 bedroom with TNT), fireplace (wood not included), ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, BBQ (charcoal not included), garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs.
