美しい小さな石造りの家は、同じ名前の修道院を見つけることができるアバディアイゾラの歴史的な集落から300 mに位置し、1000年にフランチェジナ通り、レストラン、ワインバーに建てられました。 フランチェジナ経由で骨on品を2 km歩くと、モンテリッジョーニ城に到着します。この城の魅力的な輪郭も家から見ることができます。

スイミングプール

Lovely villa in great grounds

Lovely villa, which was very well maintained and peaceful. We particularly loved the various outside seating areas, the pool and the garden with views of the castle. Walking up to Monteriggioni was very easy, if a bit hot and sweaty! Nice having a few restaurants within walking distance. Very easy for sight seeing.

A perfect week

Our stay was perfect: wonderful house, wonderful garden and pool! A good place to be for a longer time. There are lot of possibilities for excursions like bike tours, visiting interesting cities etc. and good restaurants in the surrounding area. Above all many thanks to our very nice and helpful host Carlo and his wife!!

Great vacation home

We had a wonderful week and really enjoyed the stay and the hospitality of Carlo and Sylvia. The house is perfectly located, and very cozy and homely furnished. The garden is huge and carefully maintained. The view from the terrace and also from the windows on the city walls of Monteriggione is magnificent!

Excellent property in beautiful location

We have had a fantastic week. The house, garden and pool were perfect. The photos don’t do it justice. Carlo was really helpful with any questions before our stay. We visited many local places and ate at some good restaurants as recommended. Would love to return!

Wonderful vacation

We have had a very nice welcome by Carlo. The villa is fully equipped and well furnished, the kitchen includes all necessary equipment, the pool is really spacious and the garden is very nice. The views of the Monteriggioni fortress are breathtaking. We have had a wonderful vacation and recommend Carlos' Villa to everyone who wants to stay in a silent and quiet location only 20 minutes away from Siena.

The Suite is a lovely house, beautifully decorated and furnished and thoughfully equipped. The grounds and pool are gorgeous and perfect for just spending time, relaxing and enjoying the scenery. There are so many interesting places within a 30 minute drive and we'd certainly recommend walking to Monteriggioni along the Via Francigena.

Great property in a fantastic location

Had a wonderful stay at Carlo’s beautiful house. Carlo was very helpful and always on call to answer any questions. He recommended an excellent garage close by when we had a puncture and they repaired the tyre for €10 immediately. We had a few challenges with the internet which was not always stable when on meetings.

Our stay at this villa in Tuscany was utterly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the serene beauty of the countryside and the peaceful quiet that instantly melts away stress. Yet, it was just a short drive from Siena and other stunning historic sites, The villa itself is a gem. Full of character, it felt like a true Tuscan home—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. We were amazed at how cool and comfortable it stayed even in the height of summer. There’s ample seating throughout the house and garden, encouraging lazy afternoons and relaxed evenings under the stars.The gardens were beautifully maintained. It’s clear that great care goes into keeping the grounds pristine. The kitchen and utility room were very well stocked—everything worked perfectly. Carlos, our host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always ready to help with any request or question.We loved the nearby shopping options (Conad, Coop etc.) , all within a 10–15 minute. There is a really good butcher and sandwich shop Sacis just 3 min drive away. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. This villa is for anyone seeking a peaceful, authentic Tuscan escape

Very recommended to stay

We would like to thank Carlo for great hospitality and chance to stay in beautiful place in perfect house. House is situated in very calm place in walking distance from Via Francigena and from very old monastery. Nice little medieval town Monteriggioni is only 10 minutes driving, Siena is only 0.5 hour driving. Access to highway is very easy and simple. House is very pleasant to look at and household is very well organized. All facilities function very well. Thank you very much, Carlo, for excellent week!

Beautiful comfortable villa

We were very sad to leave this beautiful place in a most beautiful spot in this world. Carlo was so helpful when we had a serious transportation problem. Do not visit here without a car as we did! It is a short 3 mile or so drive into Monteriggione where both train and bus service are abundantly available, but getting there and back was problematic and renting a car on the spur of the moment very expensive so be prepared for that complication and book ahead if you do not have your own car. We used the train service from 3 mile away Monteriggione to access Florence, Pisa, anywhere you want to go for an easy and very inexpensive ride. Other than transportation , our stay was wonderful.. with an ancient village..established late 10th and early 11th century..directltly across the road..the Montereggioni castle easily accessible and a great place to visit, shop and eat..the arms museum there was great and hands on and our grandchildren loved it! Also wine tasting at a vinyard we easily walked to was a delightful afternoon in a beautiful setting. We cant wait to go back. Our grandchildren loved the large yard complete with pigeon cages and their pretty cooing sounds to wake up to each morning. . Thank you so much for your kindness in getting us back to deliver the rental car, Carlo. We will always remember your generosity!

Toller Urlaub

Ein perfekter Urlaub, die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und die Lage durch die Nähe zu Siena und Florenz sehr gut für Ausflüge geeignet. Da das Haus sehr ruhig und etwas abseits gelegen ist, hat man dort aber auch für Entspannung den richtigen Ort! wunderschönes Haus

wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Monteriggioni. Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit jeder Menge Platz drumherum. Unser Vermieter Carlo war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch bei kleinen Problemen mit meinem Mountainbike. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Hallo Carlo, wir waren vom 22.09.-05.10.23 bei dir in dem wunderschönen Haus. Wir haben uns zu 100% wohl gefühlt. Du hast auch alles dafür getan, dass der Urlaub perfekt war. Schöne Ferien mit Hund

Wir haben als Paar 2 Wochen in der Villa verbracht mit unserem Bernersennenhund und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die FeWo hat alles was man braucht, gemütlich, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch toll. Direkt bei Monteriggioni, Colle di Val d'Elsa, natürlich Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Poggibonsi, Castellina in Chianti. Alles super schöne Orte, und die Leute sind alle ganz hundefreundlich. Sehr nette Vermieter, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit, Grazie Carlo e Silvia, ci rivediamo

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig mitten in den Feldern bei dem kleinen Ort Badia a Isola in der Nähe von Siena . Alle sehenswerte Orte sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück mit verschiedenen Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten und verfügt zudem über einen großen Pool. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Empfehlung für diejenigen, die Ruhe suchen, jedoch auch gerne Erkundungstouren mit dem Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad unternehmen wollen. ( die Via Francigena verläuft quasi vor der Hautür)
