This elegant 2-room apartment on the 1st floor offers 43 m² of space for 4 people. The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a dining area. The kitchenette includes a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Enjoy the two small balconies (facing east and south), which are perfect for relaxing outdoors. The communal garden with beach chairs invites you to linger. In the basement, you can use the sauna (coin-operated), as well as the coin-operated washer and dryer. One parking space is available free of charge. A bike rack is also located at the house. Pets are not allowed.
