A particularly cozy vacation home awaits Baltic Sea lovers on the 2nd floor of Villa Sofie Binz in Apartment No. 14, “Heimathafen.” Take the elevator from the building’s underground parking garage straight into your vacation paradise. This 90 m² vacation apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. Once you arrive, take a deep breath—the sandy beach and the waves of the Baltic Sea are just a few minutes’ walk away. The 12 m² rooftop terrace, complete with its own beach chair, is the perfect spot to unwind. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast under the open sky or relaxing on the apartment’s private rooftop terrace—your vacation begins the moment you arrive. The bright living room offers plenty of space to relax on the large sofa, in the wingback chair with footstool, or to enjoy a meal at the dining table. The apartment is furnished in an elegant, maritime style. A large flat-screen TV with smart features provides evening entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The two bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable double bed, invite you to dream. They include nightstands with reading lamps, a flat-screen TV, an armchair, and a closet with ample storage space. The sofa can be converted into a bed for a fifth person.

From May through September, guests of the apartment have access to a private beach chair on the beach. A handcart and a walker are also available for vacation guests to borrow free of charge upon request. The two modern bathrooms feature a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and sink. This apartment includes a Finnish wood-fired sauna for your exclusive use during your stay. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) for shared use are located on the first floor of the building. Upon arrival, the beds will already be made, and hand towels and bath towels will be provided. A private parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you.
