Welcome to your exclusive vacation apartment on the second floor, which offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in its spacious 100 m² of living space. Amber has been used as a healing stone since ancient times and is also known as the “sun stone” or “light stone.” Similarly, the apartment welcomes you with a light-filled, invigorating atmosphere—sunny and bright.

The living room invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings with a cozy seating and TV area, a wood-burning stove, and a neo-Gothic-style bay window. From here, you’ll have a great view of the famous Sellin pier.

You can also enjoy free access to the in-house wellness area, which promises pure relaxation with a steam room, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, and a beautiful lounge area. !Important Notice!: Starting on 02.11.2026, painting and renovation work will take place in the sauna for approximately 2 weeks. During this time, the sauna will be unavailable, and there may be some noise disturbances.

The apartment features two stylishly furnished bedrooms—a master bedroom and a guest bedroom—each with its own balcony, where you can greet the sea in the morning and take a deep breath of fresh Baltic Sea air. The large panoramic window in the master bedroom creates a particularly luxurious atmosphere and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. A stylish en-suite bathroom adjoins each of the two bedrooms, equipped with walk-in showers and modern restroom facilities.

There is no shortage of beautiful views of the water and nature throughout the entire apartment. Among other things, it stands out for its three balconies—facing east, southeast, and southwest. Not only do these offer different ways to enjoy the space at various times of day, but you can also enjoy ever-changing views of the green surroundings from here.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and features an electric stove, a combination microwave with oven function, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine for the perfect start to your day.

Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player are available. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, so you can stay connected at all times.

You can conveniently park your car in your own parking space right next to the building. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.

During the swimming season, the outdoor pool invites you to take a refreshing dip and rounds out the luxurious amenities of this vacation rental.

From Villa Rex, located right on the edge of the forest, you also have direct access to the unique and enchanting Hochufer hiking trail.

Please note that dogs are permitted at our property only from September 15 September through May 15. During the summer months (May 16 through September 14), dogs are unfortunately not permitted. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to your visit!
