Apartment '303' with Shared Garden, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Built in 2018, the modern apartment 303 (approx. 40 m²), including a rich breakfast buffet, is located on the upper floor. It offers a seating area in the garden, which is adjacent to our own vineyards. The bedroom is a connecting room to the living room. A lockable bicycle garage with charging facilities for e-bikes is available free of charge. A free car parking space is available directly at the house. The vacation farm is conveniently located and is only a few minutes' walk from Lake Constance.



1x towel change free of charge for weekly stays, further changes for a fee. Please do not take our towels with you when you leave the house (e.g. for swimming on the beach).



A deposit of € 100.00 is payable in cash on arrival.
