Terraced house "L Angelus", built in 1950, renovated in 2024. 3.5 km from the centre of Toulon, 13 km from the centre of Sanary sur Mer, 20 km from the centre of Hyeres, 6 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden. Hot tub. 100 m long steep, narrow motor access (ramp). Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Toulon" 3.2 km, ferry "Toulon" 4.5 km, sandy beach "Le Mourillon" 6 km. Nearby attractions: telepherique Mont Faron 1.5 km, Parc animalier du Mont Faron 8.5 km, Hyeres, Iles des Embiez, Porquerolles, Musee national de la Marine, Presqu'île de Giens. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. 2 showers, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Air-conditioning. Large terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
