The 20 m² property consists of a shared kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a fan. A baby cot is also available.

Welcome to our cozy holiday home right on the historic Via Claudia Augusta, one of Europe’s most beautiful cycling routes. Whether you’re stopping over on your bike tour or seeking a relaxing stay in nature, you’ll find peace, comfort, and warm hospitality here. Cyclists are especially welcome! You have access to a shared kitchen, a covered, lockable bike storage room, and a covered motorcycle parking space. There are 4 parking spaces on the property; public transport is within easy walking distance. On request and for an extra charge, we offer a small sweet or large savory breakfast and use of a washing machine. In all rooms, beds can be separated into two singles on request (note: Room 3’s private bathroom is across the shared hallway). Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
