Welcome! We are pleased to welcome you to our place.
Our newly renovated and fully equipped holiday home in a central location offers space for up to 4 holiday guests and is the ideal starting point for your discovery journey through the Rhön.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious dining room with a cozy table for six people, a small reading corner, and a sofa. Also on this floor is the newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The upper floor impresses with a bright, modern kitchen including a dishwasher, electric stove, and integrated dining area. The two adjoining bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The centerpiece is the living room: here you will find a comfortable seating area with satellite TV, radio, and a wonderful view over the town center.

The holiday home comes with its own parking space, so you can conveniently park your car right next to the garage.
Additionally, the house has a small garage with an electric door. This provides you with practical storage space for garden furniture as well as enough room for your bicycles or e-bikes (including a charging option). In winter, your skis can also be safely stored there.

Directly next to the bathroom there is a convenient storage room. There you have a washing machine and a dryer at your disposal, which can be gladly used for a small fee.

Of course, the use of our Wi-Fi connection is free of charge for you during your stay.

Please note that our house is a non-smoking house. For smokers, there is the option to enjoy a cigarette outdoors in front of the entrance.

Additionally, the house has a small garage with an electric door. Here you will not only find our garden furniture, but also enough space for your own bicycles or e-bikes – including a charging option. In winter, your skis can also be safely stored there.

Our newly renovated holiday home is idyllically located right on the historic city wall in the heart of Fladungen. Just a step away, the adjacent city park invites you to relax and linger.

Fladungen, the northernmost town in Bavaria, is situated in the middle of the UNESCO Rhön Biosphere Reserve. Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of the old town: picturesque half-timbered houses, narrow alleys, and the well-preserved city wall with its five impressive defensive towers shape the historic scene.

Nature and culture right on your doorstep: thanks to the central location, you can reach the highlights of the region without long travel distances:

Peaks & Moors: Discover the Kreuzberg, the Wasserkuppe, as well as the Black and Red Moor.

Excursion destinations: Visit the Point Alpha memorial in Thuringia or the observation platform "Noah's Sail".

Active throughout the year: Whether on the numerous hiking and cycling trails in summer or cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and skiing in winter – there is something for everyone here.

Rhön Star Park: Experience an almost untouched night sky without light pollution and have the constellations explained to you during guided events.

Culture enthusiasts can easily reach the Franconian Open-Air Museum as well as the newly opened Rhön Museum on a walk along the city walls.
