5-Star Holiday Home: Sauna, Hot Tub & Kids’ Area

Autumn in Sauerland: Outside, the forests turn colorful, while inside, the fireplace glows. Our holiday home for 8 guests is located on the edge of the forest in Winterberg. From the garden, you can enjoy views over mountains and valleys.



WELLNESS

The wellness area is exclusively yours at no extra charge. Heat up the electric barrel sauna with panoramic window, relax in the wood-fired hot tub, and unwind in the salt room’s hanging chairs. No fixed times, no other guests. The whole family is welcome.



SLEEPING & BATHROOMS

There are four bedrooms upstairs—two with double beds, two with single beds. A baby cot is available. You’ll find three bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Beds are made up for you, and each guest receives a towel set.



KITCHEN & LIVING

With 185 square meters, there’s plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped, including spices. The dining table seats all eight guests. In the evening, relax on the large sofa by the fireplace.



CHILDREN

On the ground floor is a playroom. High chair, children’s dishes, and baby monitor are provided. Stairs, windows, and sockets are secured. Outside, you have a 740-square-meter lawn and a small playground next to the terrace.



EXCURSIONS

The Rothaarsteig trail passes through the village. The Erlebnisberg Kappe with bike park, climbing forest, and summer toboggan run is less than ten minutes away by car. The bakery is 300 meters away.



PRACTICALITIES

Two dogs are welcome. The property is not fully fenced. You can use three sleds and outdoor toys. Three parking spaces are available at the house, Wi-Fi is throughout, and you can use the washing machine and dryer free of charge. A basket of firewood is provided; bring or buy more locally. From 4 pm, access the key box yourself—the code will be sent to you in advance. The house is rated 5 stars by the German Tourism Association.
