The open-concept living and sleeping area combines a comfortable double bed, a cozy sitting area, and a TV to create a welcoming living space. There is no separate sleeping area, which makes the apartment feel particularly bright and spacious. The open kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and features, among other things, a 2-burner stove and a dishwasher.

Enjoy relaxing moments on the furnished balcony or in the shared garden area and wind down at the end of the day in a peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to underfloor heating and an elevator, the apartment offers a high level of comfort year-round.
