Your vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people. The cozy living room with a combined living and dining area is a great place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and washing machine, leaves nothing to be desired. The vacation home features 2 bedrooms with double box-spring beds. The spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub rounds out the overall experience. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge.



primApartments consists of two vacation apartments in one building. It is located in a residential neighborhood and is the perfect place to relax. It offers a view of the Schaumberg. The apartment is on the first floor but is not wheelchair accessible. The vacation apartment includes a terrace with a garden. This can be used for barbecues and for children to play. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. There are plenty of shopping options in town. The Schaumberg is also in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area offers many attractions and activities, such as biking, swimming at the outdoor pool, or at the Schaumbergbad. Lake Bostal is about a 20-minute drive away.



On-site fees: A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. The remaining balance is due no later than one month before arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. A crib/rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request as part of the Business & Holiday Apartment package. The base rate includes towels, bath towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
