The standalone holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property onto the courtyard and its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, deck chair, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and terrace.

Location
Malinska. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via antenna, satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early November, 3 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep).
