The Neumühle vacation home is located in the middle of the forest, 2 km from the nearest town, right on a hiking trail in the idyllic Üßbach Valley.
It has been renovated and comfortably furnished for guests.
The two wood-burning stoves create a cozy atmosphere in winter, while in summer, the property’s location right on the Üßbach River is perfect for cooling off.
A private garden with a patio is perfect for barbecuing.
The 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the large kitchen with a separate dining area offer plenty of space for large families, groups of friends, or multiple generations living under one roof.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The living room offers plenty of seating for social gatherings.
For longer stays, guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer.

The tranquility of the forest helps you unwind, but you can also enjoy barbecues and hikes to the nearby maar.
Destinations such as Cochem, Koblenz, or Trier are also within easy reach.

There’s plenty for children to explore around the mill, and the stream is perfect for splashing around in the summer.
Thanks to the mill’s secluded location, there’s no traffic to worry about.

Dogs are welcome!

Please note that you cannot reach the mill with a lowered vehicle!

It was an experience to stay in the woods , much colder than expected but all the chlldren and grandchildren enjoyed the stay. For our large group there was just enough room. Walking from the house was difficult, it was too steep so we had to go by car. A downstairs toilet would-be have been easy.

Das rustikale Ambiente war für unsere Gruppe mit drei kleinen Kindern und Hunden ideal. Viel Platz drinnen wie draußen. Die Lage ist urig und für Kinder gibt es viel zu entdecken.

Sauberes, sehr gemütliches und familienfreundlich ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in großartiger, ruhiger Lage. Freundliche und sympathische Gastgeber. Wir haben das Haus für eine Geburtstagsfeier gemietet und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter/in, check-in /out war unkompliziert, individuelle Unterstützung kam immer prompt. Sehr ruhige Umgebung im Wald. Genug Platz im Haus für uns alle.

Für uns ein Volltreffer!

Das Haus im Wald bei Lutzerarth bietet - neben netten Gastgebern - alles, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub nötig ist. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man evtl. benötigen könnte - das haben wir (nach etlichen Jahren gemeinsamen Urlaubs) so noch nie vorgefunden! Die Kids hatten bei den insgesamt 4 Schlafräumen freie Zimmerwahl, meine Tochter hat sich sehr liebevoll häuslich eingerichtet und wollte gar nicht mehr weg. Auch der Hund unserer Freunde fühlte sich sehr wohl. Grund hierfür war vermutlich auch die Lage - für andere vielleicht ein Minus, für uns ein klares Plus: ja, man muss ein ganzes Stück auf steinigem, unebenem Waldboden zurücklegen, was auch nicht mit jedem Auto möglich ist, aber das weiß man vorher. Dafür bekommt man im Gegenzug ein Urlaubsdomizil am Bach und im Wald, das es auch erlaubt, das Auto (durchaus auch mehrfach) mal stehen zu lassen und direkt loszuwandern. Einziger Mini-Mini-Minuspunkt für uns als "Gewohnheitswasserhahntrinker": das geht hier nicht, da das Wasser zuvor abgekocht werden müsste. Aber auch darauf kann man sich einstellen. Fazit: wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns wieder in die Eifel zieht.
