A parking space in the underground garage (max. 2 meters high) is reserved for you. The elevator takes you comfortably from the underground parking garage right to your apartment door, so you don’t have to climb any stairs—even with luggage or groceries.
For active guests, a lockable basement storage area is available for bicycles and skis; you can charge your e-bike batteries here.
You’ll also find a washing machine here, which makes your stay even more comfortable.

There, a wide variety of activities awaits you: a toboggan run, winter and summer hiking trails, as well as snowshoe and ski touring routes—ideal for adventures in every season. A cozy stop at a mountain hut as the perfect finale rounds off the day beautifully. The historic center of Berchtesgaden is approximately 5 km away.
