The stunningly beautiful, brand-new Seestadl vacation rental is located in Gießenbach, a small village near Scharnitz, Austria, just 10 minutes from the German border.

Thanks to its proximity not only to popular destinations such as Mittenwald, Seefeld, or Innsbruck, but also right on the edge of the forest—and in winter, next to the cross-country ski trail—this comfortable family apartment offers plenty of opportunities for leisure activities. Great hikes in both winter and summer, encounters with animals—including wild ones—a dedicated bike path for sports bikes and e-bikes, and, of course, the cross-country ski trail that runs practically right past the house during the winter months are just a few of the activities you can already start planning here with your family or friends.

Right after entering the house, on the first floor to the right, you’ll find your own coat closet, where you’ll have plenty of space for coats, sportswear, ski boots, etc.

From here, a staircase leads to the enormous open-concept kitchen with a spacious dining table and, of course, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Next, you’ll find the spacious living room with a sofa, armchairs, and, of course, an oversized flat-screen TV.

Perfect for evening movies or even game nights.

Next are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with two single beds that can easily be pushed together to suit your needs. The bedroom with the double bed even has its own small flat-screen TV.

The beautiful, bright bathroom features an oversized, walk-in shower and, as a highlight, a brand-new Nordic sauna with a direct view of the cross-country ski trail and the edge of the forest.

Of course, a guest restroom is also available. The vacation rental offers a great view of the mountains, is located a short distance from the village of Gießenbach, and provides a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing vacation experience.

A car is almost indispensable for this vacation rental; although there is a train station in the nearby town (Gießenbach Station), it’s much easier and more flexible to have your own vehicle. Your e-bikes are, of course, also welcome; there’s a parking area right next to the house.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this brand-new apartment. With a little luck, however, deer may venture into your line of sight in the evening or at night.
